Good quality, slow shipping

I purchased a silicone feeding set and a personalized baby romper. The quality of both items is really good; the silicone is durable and the romper fabric feels soft against baby's skin. The personalization on the romper was exactly as I requested. My only gripe was the shipping time, it took almost two weeks to get to me in Texas. I understand it's international, but other stores have been faster. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delay, but couldn't really speed things up. So, great products, just plan for longer delivery.

Cute stuff, little wait

So I grabbed some baby headbands and a teething ring, you know, for my sister's new little one. The headbands are seriously adorable, super soft and stretchy so they won't pinch. The teething ring seems pretty sturdy too. It took a bit to get here, like maybe 10 days to Florida, but it wasn't a huge rush. Everything came well-packaged. I'd definitely shop there again for unique baby gifts.

Usually, personalized stuff is full price, it says that on most of their coupon fine print. I think for Black Friday sometimes they have a sitewide deal that might include everything, but it's rare.

Yeah, I tried to use a newsletter discount on a custom bib once and it didn't work. Most codes exclude anything personalized unless they specifically say otherwise. Best to check the terms on the coupon.

Are their baby clothes generally true to size? My little one is almost 6 months but chunky, so I'm always torn between sizes.

I'd say they run pretty standard. I usually size up for my son just to get more wear out of things, but their 6-12 month range fit him well when he was actually 7-8 months.

For my daughter, the onesies were spot on for her age. If your baby is on the bigger side, maybe go up one size, better safe than sorry!

Mine took about 3-5 days to Joburg for a regular order, so Durban shouldn't be much different. Personalized stuff might take an extra day or two though for the actual customization.

Nah, pretty sure you can't return personalized items unless there's like, a defect or they messed up the name. That's standard for custom stuff everywhere.

I returned some regular clothes that didn't fit, and it was super easy. But for anything with a name or custom design, I recall them saying those are final sale. Makes sense since they can't resell it.
